Simmo Braun, a dedicated father of three, committed blood donor, and wellness advocate. 

With a strong passion for elevating human wellbeing through education, integration, and growth, Simmo is on a mission to make a true impact in people's lives.

As a workshop facilitator, he has successfully led engaging workshops focusing on mental health and is deeply committed to promoting the wellbeing (health, happiness and a joy of the journey) to parents and children. Simmo also loves engaging 1 on 1 with his coaching clients to guide them through challenges and accelerate their transformational growth. With a background in engineering and operational leadership, Simmo brings a wealth of corporate experience to his endeavours.

Now, he is channelling all his expertise and passion into his purpose, striving to create positive change and empower others on their journey towards a healthier, happier and more fulfilling life.
